Membership
Membership to the BRB Community Association is for individuals living in the Bird River Beach neighborhood. Annual dues are $25 per person and renew January 1st. Payment can be made by cash, check, or Zelle. Once dues are paid, members will be provided with numeric code for the boat ramp gate lock. Members are expected not to give this code to those outside the community.
Your dues support the maintenance and upkeep of the Association properties and keep the business of the community running. Our revenue is used to pay for property insurance, property taxes, utilities, lawn cutting, property repairs, fire regulation inspections, fundraising, and more.
Members help to make decisions that affect the community we live in, and also get a discount on the hall rental fees.
Community Association Meetings
BRBCA holds open monthly meetings on the first Thursday of each month at 7:00 p.m. at the BRB Community Hall (6603 Blackhead Road). All Bird River Beach residents are invited to attend. Meetings tend to run for about an hour and a half.
